Indigenous Children Matter tees
We chose to the slogan "Indigenous Children Matter" because only Indigenous children were stolen from their families and placed into residential school to be subject to assimilation.
All proceeds of our shirts will go towards our Inter-generational Scholarship Award.
Inter-generational Survivor Scholarship
To honour Indigenous post-secondary students who continue to survive inter-generational trauma caused by residential schoolos. We are sponsoring one successful student $500 .
Eligibility:
-must have had a family member attend residential school,
-must be a registered member of your your community and,
-must be enrolled in a college or university.
Apply:
Please send in an essay introducing yourself, your nation, your community, your family member that attended residential school, which school they attended, which college or university you attend, the program you are enrolled in and how the scholarship will help you achieve your goals.
